- [กัญชา กับ กัญชง](https://1stclass-cannabis.com/blogs/general/%e0%b8%81%e0%b8%b1%e0%b8%8d%e0%b8%8a%e0%b8%b2%e0%b8%81%e0%b8%b1%e0%b8%8d%e0%b8%8a%e0%b8%87/): อย่างช่วงที่ผ่านมา ตามข่าวในทีวีหรือสื่อออนไลน์ต่างๆ พูดเรื่องการอนุญาตให้เกษตรกรปลูกกัญชาเพื่อใช้ทางการแพทย์ แล้วในเนื้อหาเหล่านั้น มักพ่วงชื่อของ ‘กัญชง’ มาด้วย ทีนี้ คนที่ไม่ได้อยู่ในทีมสายเขียวก็งงหนักเลยว่า กัญชากับกัญชงนี่มันอันเดียวกันหรือเปล่า หลายคนมักเข้าใจผิดคิดว่า ต้นกัญชงก็คือกัญชา แต่ความจริงแล้วต้นกัญชงแค่มีลักษณะคล้ายคลึงกับต้นกัญชาในด้านลักษณะทางพฤกษศาสตร์ แต่ไม่ใช่พืชที่เป็นสารเสพติดเหมือนกัญชา เพราะมีสาร THC ในปริมาณน้อยกว่ามากจึงไม่มีผลทำให้เกิดมึนเมาหรือเสพติด แต่มีประโยชน์ในด้านการแพทย์และอื่น ๆ เช่น ต้นกัญชงเป็นพืชที่สามารถนำมาแปรรูปทำเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์เกี่ยวกับการถักทอผ้าที่มีคุณภาพดี ลักษณะของกัญชงกับกัญชามีความแตกต่างกัน จริงๆ แล้วพืชทั้งสองชนิดนี้เป็นพืชที่มีสายพันธุ์ต้นกำเนิดจาก Cannabis sativa L. เหมือนกัน อยู่วงศ์ Cannabaceae วงศ์เดียวกัน ใบ ช่อดอก และเมล็ดแปรรูปไปใช้ประโยชน์ได้ ลำต้นก็เอาไปทำสิ่งทอได้เหมือนกัน แถมลักษณะทางกายภาพก็คล้ายกัน แต่ถึงจะคล้าย ถ้าสังเกตดีๆ ก็แยกออกได้ไม่ยาก อย่างกัญชงหรือ Hemp ใบจะสีอ่อนกว่ากัญชา จำนวนแฉกเยอะกว่า (เกิน 7 แฉกขึ้นไป) และมีลำต้นสูงเ กัญชง กัญชา ประโยชน์ของกัญชงในด้านต่าง ๆ ประโยชน์ของเส้นใย กัญชงให้ผลผลิตมากกว่าปลูกฝ้าย มีคุณภาพมากกว่า และใช้แรงงานในการปลูกน้อยกว่า เพราะไม่ต้องพรวนดินหรือให้ปุ๋ย ไม่ต้องใช้สารป้องกันกำจัดศัตรูพืช ซึ่งเป็นอันตรายต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม การเก็บต้นกัญชงมาใช้ประโยชน์ในการผลิตเส้นใยนั้นจะเก็บในระยะที่ต้นเจริญเติบโตเต็มที่แต่ยังไม่ออกดอก แปลงส่วนที่เหลือจะปล่อยไว้ให้ออกดอกและเมล็ดเพื่อใช้ในการทำพันธุ์ต่อไป และเนื่องจากเป็นพืชอายุสั้น จึงสามารถปลูกได้ตลอดทั้งปี โดยปลูกทีละน้อยเพื่อเก็บรวบรวมไว้ทำเส้นใยทอเป็นผ้า และกว่าจะนำเส้นใยมาทอได้นั้นก็ต้องผ่านกระบวนการหลายขั้นตอน เริ่มตั้งแต่การตัดต้นกัญชงมาตากแห้ง แล้วนำมาลอกเปลือกออกจากต้นช่วงที่มีอากาศชื้นหรือหน้าฝน เพราะจะช่วยทำให้การลอกเปลือกเป็นไปอย่างมีคุณภาพไม่ขาดตอน จากนั้นก็นำมาต่อให้ยาวแล้วปั่นและม้วนให้เป็นเส้นก่อนนำไปต้มในน้ำเดือดที่ผสมกับขี้เถ้า เพื่อช่วยให้เส้นใยนุ่มและเหนียว จากนั้นก็นำไปซักในน้ำเปล่า ก็จะได้เส้นด้ายที่มีความเหนียวทนทาน งานวิจัยของสถาบันฟิสิกส์และวิทยาศาสตร์แห่งชาติ ประเทศจีน พบว่า ผ้าที่ทอจากเส้นใยกัญชง แม้จะเป็นการทอด้วยเส้นใยกัญชงเพียงครึ่งหนึ่งก็สามารถช่วยป้องกันรังสี UV ได้สูงถึง 95% (ถ้าทอทั้งผืนจะป้องกันได้ 100%) ในขณะที่เสื้อผ้าที่ทอด้วยผ้าประเภทอื่นจะป้องกันรังสี UV ได้เพียง 30-50% เท่านั้น และเส้นใยกัญชงที่ทำให้แห้งสนิทจะมีคุณสมบัติเป็นฉนวนกันไฟฟ้า มีค่าความต้านทานไฟฟ้าที่น้อยที่สุดก็ยังอยู่ที่ 30% ซึ่งมากกว่าเส้นใยฝ้าย ส่วนการทดสอบผ้าที่ทอด้วยเส้นใยกัญชงในสภาพความร้อนสูงถึง 370 องศา กัญชาและกัญชงต่างกัน คือสารต้นกำเนิดของสาร CBD (Cannabidiol) และสารที่ทำให้เมาอย่าง THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) […]

- [กฎหมาย “แอลกอฮอล์” กับ “กัญชา” สองความเหมือนที่แตกต่าง ?](https://1stclass-cannabis.com/blogs/cannabis-knowledge/%e0%b9%81%e0%b8%ad%e0%b8%a5%e0%b8%81%e0%b8%ad%e0%b8%ae%e0%b8%ad%e0%b8%a5%e0%b9%8c-%e0%b8%81%e0%b8%b1%e0%b8%9a-%e0%b8%81%e0%b8%b1%e0%b8%8d%e0%b8%8a%e0%b8%b2/): สังคมไทยยังคงถกเถียงเรื่องความเหมาะสมในการซื้อขายและบริโภคเครื่องดื่ม “แอลกอฮอล์” รวมถึง “กัญชา” โดยเฉพาะปัจจุบันที่เครื่องดื่ม “แอลกอฮอล์” ถูกรัฐควบคุมอย่างเข้มงวด ออกกฎหมายเพิ่มเติมอย่างต่อเนื่อง ในขณะที่ “กัญชา” นั้นได้รับการปลดล็อคจากบัญชียาเสพติด โดยยังไม่มีกฎหมายควบคุมดูแลอย่างชัดเจนเหมาะสม ทำให้ผู้คนในสังคมไม่ทันได้ตั้งตัว และเกิดการตั้งคำถามอย่างต่อเนื่อง ประเทศไทยบังคับใช้กฎหมายไทยควบคุมเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์มาตั้งแต่อดีตทั้งด้านการผลิต การจำหน่าย และการบริโภค และเริ่มเข้มงวดขึ้นในสมัยจอมพลถนอม กิตติขจร โดยมีการออกประกาศคณะปฏิวัติปี ฉบับที่ 253 ลงวันที่ 16 พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ.2515 ห้ามมิให้ขายเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ระหว่างเวลา 14.00-17.00 น. และ 24.00 – 11.00 น. และในปัจจุบันได้มีการออกพระราชบัญญัติควบคุมเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ มาบังคับใช้เมื่อวันที่ 14 กุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ.2551 ตามด้วยการออกกฎหมายลูกอื่นๆ อย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อควบคุมเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ อาทิ มาตรการควบคุมการโฆษณาเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ การกำหนดสถานที่หรือบริเวณห้ามขายเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์รอบสถานศึกษา การห้ามขายเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์โดยวิธีการหรือในลักษณะการขายทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ รวมทั้งการควบคุมฉลากเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ เป็นต้น ส่วน “กัญชา” นั้น กระทรวงสาธารณสุขประกาศปลดกัญชาออกจากการเป็นยาเสพติด นับตั้งแต่วันที่ 9 มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2565 เป็นต้นมา เพื่อให้นำกัญชาไปใช้ประโยชน์ที่หลากหลายได้ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งประโยชน์ทางด้านการแพทย์ และจุดประสงค์ในการสร้างมูลค่าทางเศรษฐกิจในประเทศ ทว่าประเทศไทยต้องอยู่ในภาวะสูญญากาศทางกฎหมายในการควบคุมกัญชา แม้ว่ากระทรวงสาธารณสุขจะออกประกาศเพื่อให้มีแนวทางกำกับควบคุมการใช้ตามมาในขณะที่รอร่างพระราชบัญญัติ (พ.ร.บ.) กัญชา กัญชง พ.ศ. … ผ่านการพิจารณาจากสภา แต่แนวทางเหล่านั้นก็ยังไม่ครอบคลุมกับสถานการณ์ ไม่มีบทลงโทษ และไม่สามารถตอบคำถามความสงสัยของของประชาชนได้ ผศ.สุรินรัตน์ แก้วทอง อาจารย์คณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ หนึ่งในคณะผู้วิจัยเรื่อง “แนวทางการพัฒนากฎหมายควบคุมธุรกิจเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์” และ “มาตรการทางกฎหมายในการควบคุมการดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ในพื้นที่สาธารณะ” ให้แนวคิดต่อคำถามที่ว่า เราควรคิดและเรียกร้องให้รัฐจัดการกับกฎหมายควบคุมแอลกอฮอล์และกัญชาอย่างไร ? โดยกล่าวว่า สังคมไทยควรมองทั้งประโยชน์และโทษของเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์และกัญชา แทนที่จะมองเพียงโทษอย่างเดียวจนทำให้ทั้งสองสิ่งนี้เป็นตัวร้ายในการสื่อสารและสร้างการรับรู้ของสังคม “เราต้องยอมรับก่อนว่าเราสามารถใช้ประโยชน์จากทั้งเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์และกัญชาได้จริง แต่มีความพิเศษบางอย่างที่ต้องควบคุม และพิจารณาต่อไปว่าเราต้องควบคุมอะไรบางอย่างเพื่อลดผลกระทบที่สร้างความเสียหายต่อคนในสังคม แม้สินค้าทั้งสองนี้จะมีผลกระทบต่อสติสัมปชัญญะของผู้เสพ ซึ่งจะต้องหาจุดสมดุลระหว่างสิทธิของผู้บริโภคกับการอยู่ร่วมกันในสังคม ซึ่งจุดสมดุลคือจุดที่ยากที่สุดว่าเราจะให้เสรีภาพในการเสพของผู้บริโภคมากแค่ไหน รัฐจะต้องควบคุมมากแค่ไหน ควบคุมอะไรบ้าง คือสิ่งที่ต้องร่วมกันพิจารณาอย่างละเอียด แต่ไม่ใช่การตัดสินว่าเป็นโทษแต่เพียงอย่างเดียว”  เมื่อถามถึงสถานการณ์ล่าสุดของกฎหมายควบคุมเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์และกฎหมายกัญชาในปัจจุบัน ผศ.สุรินรัตน์ ให้ความเห็นว่า รัฐยังมองสินค้าทั้งสองชนิดนี้ในระนาบเดียวกันโดยไม่ได้ใส่ใจรายละเอียด […]

- [สธ.ชูความสำเร็จงานวิจัยกัญชา 60 เรื่องผลักดันไทยเป็นเมดิคัลฮับ](https://1stclass-cannabis.com/blogs/cannabis-news/%e0%b8%aa%e0%b8%98-%e0%b8%8a%e0%b8%b9%e0%b8%84%e0%b8%a7%e0%b8%b2%e0%b8%a1%e0%b8%aa%e0%b8%b3%e0%b9%80%e0%b8%a3%e0%b9%87%e0%b8%88%e0%b8%87%e0%b8%b2%e0%b8%99%e0%b8%a7%e0%b8%b4%e0%b8%88%e0%b8%b1%e0%b8%a2/): นพ.กิตติ โล่สุวรรณรักษ์  ผู้อำนวยการสถาบันกัญชาทางการแพทย์  สำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข กล่าวว่า จากการรวบรวมผลงานวิจัยกัญชาทางการแพทย์ที่ดำเนินการโดยหน่วยงานภายในกระทรวงสาธารณสุข  ทั้ง กรมวิชาการ โรงพยาบาลในสังกัดสำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงสาธารณาสุข องค์การเภสัชกรรม และสถาบันวิจัยระบบสาธารณสุข ตั้งแต่มีการอนุญาตให้นำกัญชามาใช้ทางการแพทย์  ในปี 2562 พบว่ามีงานวิจัยทั้งสิ้น 60 ฉบับ  โดยเป็นการศึกษาด้านการนำไปใช้ประโยชน์สูงสุด 31 ฉบับ (55.00%) รองลงมาเป็นการศึกษาผลกระทบเชิงนโยบายและการออกแบบระบบ 14 ฉบับ (23.34%) การศึกษาสายพันธุ์และการปลูกที่มีประสิทธิภาพ 8 ฉบับ (13.33%) และน้อยที่สุดเป็นเรื่องการพัฒนาสูตรตำรับและผลิต 5 ฉบับ (8.33%)  ผู้อำนวยการสถาบันกัญชาทางการแพทย์ กล่าวต่อว่า เมื่อนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์ ทำให้เห็นแนวทางของการศึกษาวิจัยต่อยอดใน 3 กลุ่มโรคหรืออาการ ได้แก่ มะเร็ง   นอนไม่หลับ และปัญหาสุขภาพจิตที่การรักษาด้วยวิธีมาตรฐานไม่ได้ผล ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับแนวโน้มการวิจัยทั่วโลก  ในส่วนของมะเร็งนั้นแม้ยังไม่มีงานวิจัยที่ชัดเจนว่ายากัญชารักษามะเร็งได้   แต่จากการการทดสอบฤทธิ์ของสารสกัดกัญชาของกรมการแพทย์ กรมวิทยาศาสตร์การแพทย์ พบว่า สารสกัดที่มีความเข้มข้นของ THC และ CBD ที่แตกต่างกันสามารถยับยั้งการเจริญเติบโตของเซลล์มะเร็งหลายชนิดในหลอดทดลอง โดยที่กรมการแพทย์กำลังวางแผนวิจัยเพิ่มเติม  อย่างไรก็ตาม นพ.กิตติ ระบุว่า จากงานวิจัยหลายชิ้นที่ดำเนินการโดยกรมการแพทย์ กรมการแพทย์แผนไทยและการแพทย์ทางเลือก และโรงพยาบาลหลายแห่งในสังกัดสำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข ให้ผลที่ตรงกัน คือ ยากัญชาช่วยเพิ่มคุณภาพชีวิตในผู้ป่วยมะเร็งระยะท้าย ซึ่งการวิจัยเหล่านี้เป็นหลักฐานสนับสนุนให้มีการคัดเลือกยากัญชาทั้งสองตำรับ คือ THC เด่น และ THC:CBD (1:1) เข้าสู่บัญชียาหลักแห่งชาติ ส่งผลให้ผู้ป่วยสามารถเข้าถึงยาเหล่านี้ได้มากขึ้น   ในประเด็นเรื่องบรรเทาอาการนอนไม่หลับนั้นพบว่า ยาแผนไทยหลายตำรับ ทั้งยาศุขไสยาศน์  ยาน้ำมันกัญชาอาจารย์เดชา และยาน้ำมันกัญชาทั้ง 5  มีประสิทธิผลในการบรรเทาอาการนอนไม่หลับ ปัจจุบันทางกรมการแพทย์แผนไทยฯ และโรงพยาบาลเจ้าพระยาอภัยภูเบศร กำลังศึกษากลไกการออกฤทธิ์ของแต่ละตำรับว่ามีกลไกการออกฤทธิ์ที่เหมือนหรือต่างกันอย่างไร  เพื่อทำให้เข้าใจและใช้ยาได้เหมาะสมมากยิ่งขึ้น  รวมทั้งสามารถใช้เพื่อทดแทนยาแผนปัจจุบันได้อย่างปลอดภัย สุดท้ายในกลุ่มโรคทางจิตเวช ที่หลายโรคยังตอบสนองต่อการรักษามาตรฐานได้ไม่ดีนัก กรมสุขภาพจิตก็ได้ตั้งเป้าวิจัยเพื่อหาทางเลือกใหม่ที่ปลอดภัย เช่น ผู้ป่วยที่มีโรคเครียดหลังเหตุการณ์สะเทือนขวัญ ผอ.สถาบันกัญชาทางการแพทย์ กล่าวว่า ทั้งนี้ งานวิจัยของกระทรวงสาธารณสุขเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการผลักดันให้ผู้สั่งใช้ยาและประชาชนเกิดความมั่นใจ จากรายงานการตรวจราชการพบว่า ในปี 2565 ไตรมาสที่ 3 จำนวนผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการรักษาด้วยยากัญชาทางการแพทย์เพิ่มขึ้นมากกว่า 50% […]
