How to Use a CBD Bath Bomb

To use a CBD Bath Bomb, simply drop the bomb in warm water, and then swirl it around with your hand or foot, allowing it to slowly fizzle until completely dissolved. Then, simply soak in your bath, enjoying all the benefits of a topical CBD product as it absorbs into the pores of your skin.

There is no specific recommendation regarding how long to bathe with one of our CBD bombs, but in general you can aim for a bath somewhere between 20 and 40 minutes long to get the full CBD benefits. Of course, ideally, you want to get out before your skin gets too wrinkly.
